Two different dialects of Marathi kalled Khandeshi and Ahirani are the spoken languages of this region. Khandesh is near Bhusawal railway junction consisting of Jalgaon, Dhule and Nandurbar districts in Maharashtra. I am fortunate to have married a wonderful person who is a proud and good cook from Khandesh. Thank you, Minoti, for taking time to share with us your regional food cuisine!
